Why: 20th Anniversary of OIF Deployment
Who: All past and present troopers who served with the Regiment, including anyone who served in the Regimental Community or any of the separate units that supported the Regiment; families; and friends of the association.

Reservation: Our room block is 7/06/2025 through 7/13/2025 with a room rate of $79/$89 midweek & $129/$139 weekend. Rates include daily resort fees but exclude taxes (13%).
Registration: 2025 Blackhorse Family Reunion in Las Vegas – The Blackhorse Association
Registration fees for the weekend (Friday and Saturday) are $160 per person. This will include the Friday night Social, Saturday night Social, and miscellaneous fees. Optional fees include the reunion coin, golf, and Fort Irwin tour. You can register online through the link above or through the mail using the printable form that is located at the above link. Updates on the reunion can be found on the reunion website as well as on our Facebook event page (Blackhorse Association 2025 Family Reunion). Registration cut-off is June 18, 2025. Because people have specific room requirements, please book your room as soon as possible.
Notes: For registration, select Option A (all inclusive) if you will be joining us for both days; if you’re only attending on Saturday, select Option B (please do not select both options). Also, please select, golf, coin, and tour under “Other options” as needed.

We have a block of rooms set aside for the reunion. The hotel is accessible by shuttle from Harry Reid International Airport.
Call for Donations:
Donation: Please consider donating during your registration process. This donation will help defray costs for troopers (E6 and below) to attend the Regimental Reunion on Saturday night.
Silent Auction: As we prepare for our 2025 Reunion, the Blackhorse Association is requesting donations for the Silent Auction. The proceeds from this event will help fund our annual scholarships. Thanks to the generous contributions from last year, we surpassed our expectations. This year, we aim to exceed last year’s participation and funds raised for these scholarships.
We kindly ask that you set aside items for donation and ensure they accompany you to the event. If you are unable to bring your items, please ship them to arrive at the South Point Casino no earlier than July 7, 2025 (plan to ship before the 4th of July holiday):

Golf Outing information:
Currently, the departure time from the hotel is 0800 on July 10. Tee time at Stallion Mountain Golf Course is tentatively 0900. We will get lunch at the course. We look forward to playing golf the way Ernie would want us to play. Consider Ship Sticks to get your clubs to South Point Casino and back (or rent clubs at the course). The cost is $60, and we are playing on the Stallion Mountain Golf Course.
